Donation of used prosthetic limb components by Penta Recycling USA
Modern Prosthetic devices and stump protective items were donated by Penta Medical Recycling Corp USA. The donation of used prosthetic limb components by Penta are to be reconditioned and used for limbs provided to young patients in Sri Lanka.
Upgrade of the Workshop with new machinery and tools
The old workshop was upgraded with new machinery and tools purchased utilising a grant by the CFLI (Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives). The new Modular Prosthetic Limb manufacturing workshop started operations in February 2022.
